The PINTA model is part of the mini mamoli, in 1:106 scale and with dimensions L 300/H 245. The hull already appears built. The sail was composed of a square foresail and a large mainsail while the mizzen mast and the stern one supported a long mast of a triangular lateen sail. It was equipped with a stern quarterdeck and a forecastle.

The Pinta is obviously one of the three ships used by Christopher Columbus in 1492 in the crossing of the Atlantic Ocean. On this Caravel, the largest ship smaller than the Santa Maria but larger robust and fast, it was Rodrigo de Triana when he spotted the terra firma on the fateful day that marked history.
